Genpact Philippines seeks a Sr. Associate - F&A - AP to support end-to-end invoice processing and compliance on-site in Cebu City. You will review invoices, validate supplier details, POs, bank information and dates, and ensure accurate data for timely payments.

You will release payments, follow up on requisitions, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining internal controls. A background in accounting with AP knowledge and proficiency in Excel/SAP is preferred, and you’ll join a

• Bachelor's degrees in accounting, commerce, finance or economics are required or preferred.
• Masters in Finance is advantageous.
• Experience in accounts payable processes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process invoices; validate supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice numbers and dates.
• Release invoices for payment timely; ensure pay runs are completed as agreed.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Identify ways to reduce helpdesk queries and suggest process improvements.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and daily operational guidelines.
• Perform daily internal audits to ensure invoices and queries meet guidelines.
