Job summary

Genpact Services LLC (Philippines branch) in Cebu City seeks a Sr. Associate - F&A (AP) to handle end-to-end invoice processing, validation, and timely payment releases. You will review supplier details, PO, and bank data while aligning with AP guidelines to minimize errors.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to collaborate with requisition teams, and a drive to introduce process improvements while adhering to internal policies and audit standards.

Qualifications

• Educational background in finance, accounting, or commerce.
• Professional certifications are a plus (CFA, CAMS, CFE).
• Experience with accounts payable processes and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of AP systems and internal controls.
• Strong data handling and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.
• Release the invoices for Payment timely and accurately ensure that all pay run gets completed as agreed with the customer
• Follow up with requisitions (via calls/emails or tickets) to solve invoice issues as per the AP guideline
• Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
• Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines
