Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and validate basics: supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, date.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurate; ensure pay runs are completed as per client.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to reduce helpdesk queries and improve processes.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and conduct daily audits of invoices/queries.
