Job summary

Ecosa, an Australian sleep and furniture brand, is seeking a senior QC lead in Manila to own the quality bar for advertising creative across statics and video. You will design and implement a scalable QC system, drive AI-assisted production, and manage a six-person team including two Team Leaders.

You will establish SLAs, govern workflows in ClickUp, and deliver monthly performance insights, ensuring timely delivery and brand coherence for campaigns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in design, video production or creative production, with Western-market exposure preferred.
• At least 3 years of people management experience, including team leaders.
• Portfolio of paid-social advertising creative with performance context.
• Demonstrated QC ownership with a built rubric or process.
• Experience developing people and running performance conversations.
• Process builder: SAP-like SLAs, intake rules and feedback loops.
• Genuine fluency or strong curiosity with AI creative tools; human oversight essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the quality-control system with rubrics for each format and a finalized QC gate.
• Set and publish turnaround SLAs per format and ensure feedback cycles within 24 hours.
• Lead the AI-first production shift with brief-driven script and static generation and pre-production diagnostics.
• Lead six-person team across design and editing, including two Team Leaders, with development plans.
• Provide monthly evidence-based reporting on output, quality, and delivery risks.
