Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with minimum 1 year QA experience.
• Fluent Tagalog speaker with English as a working language.
• Background in QA, familiarity with search engines, social media algorithms, SEO.
• Overseas work or training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks such as quality inspection and process optimization.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on guideline developments and implementation.
• Conduct daily audits and provide error analysis to stakeholders.
• Monitor evaluator quality scores and perform root cause analysis with management.
• Record daily output and quality scores, and prepare data analysis/reports for projects.
