Job summary

Booth & Partners seeks a Senior Training and Quality Manager to architect global TQA strategy for our Managed Solutions hubs in Manila and Cebu, Philippines, and Colombia, blending BoothAgent AI with adult learning to hit client SLAs and reduce burnout.

You will lead cross-border governance, design scalable curricula, and drive data-driven evaluation to tie training to performance metrics, while mentoring a growing team across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive leadership in BPO/Shared Services in the Philippines.
• Experience leading Training and Quality Assurance across multiple sites.
• Strong expertise in ISD, ADDIE, and Kirkpatrick evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Strategize global Training and QA governance across Manila and Colombia.
• Lead AI integration with BoothAgent in QA and training.
• Develop multilingual onboarding and training paths.
• Ensure compliance across international standards and client SLAs.
• Mentor and scale Training and QA teams across time zones.
