Qualifications

• 2+ years in quality/ops with hands-on QA and coordination experience.
• 1+ years leading teams, formal or informal.
• Near-native level English with strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Set client QA strategies and adapt to changes.
• Run root-cause analyses and drive CAPA plans.
• Plan training for raters and coordinators.
• Maintain and analyze performance dashboards.
• Manage client escalations and present recovery options.
• Standardize SOPs and remove bottlenecks.
• Pilot automations and scale successful initiatives.
• Coach team members on tools and workflows.
