Qualifications

Asurion is seeking an AI Delivery Engineer (Business Analyst) to join our growing team in Calamba City, Laguna. This is a full-time position where you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between artificial intelligence initiatives and business requirements. As an AI Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for translating complex AI and machine learning projects into practical business solutions, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and organisational objectives. What you'll be doing

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders to define AI and machine learning project scope, objectives and success criteria
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and technical teams to translate business needs into AI solution specifications and technical requirements
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for AI implementation initiatives, identifying risks, constraints and opportunities
• Document business processes and workflows, identifying areas where AI and automation can drive efficiency and value
• Develop and maintain business cases for AI projects, including cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Monitor project progress against business objectives and KPIs, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities to ensure successful AI solution adoption
• Identify process improvements and optimisation opportunities based on AI solution performance and business feedback
• Maintain documentation of AI solutions, business logic and implementation outcomes for future reference and knowledge sharing

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably within technology or digital transformation projects
• Demonstrated experience working with artificial intelligence, machine learning or data analytics projects
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, applications and limitations, with the ability to communicate these to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar platforms
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to support business decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Project management experience and familiarity with Agile or similar development methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in financial services, telecommunications or technology sectors is desirable
• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), IIBA or PMP would be advantageous
