• Prioritize automation pipeline in collaboration with business teams.
• Collaborate with Process Excellence to redesign processes for automation.
• Ensure automation readiness of workflows; translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Deploy and maintain automation solutions; monitor performance and adoption.
• Continuously optimize existing automation assets; govern with AI governance standards.

What You’ll Do

AI & Automation Solution Delivery

• Design and implement automation solutions (RPA, workflow automation, low‑code platforms)

Opportunity Identification

• Identify automation and AI opportunities across business processes
• Conduct feasibility assessments and ROI analysis

Process & Solution Design

• Ensure automation readiness of workflows
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Deployment & Lifecycle Management

• Deploy and maintain automation solutions

Governance & Responsible AI

• Ensure compliance with AI governance standards
• Apply responsible AI principles
• Manage risk and ethical considerations of AI solutions

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Intelligent Automation, AI, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, or a related field.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Experience applying Generative AI tools to business processes.
• Lean certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
