Job summary

Emerson seeks a Senior AI Developer to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered applications that transform business processes in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and product owners to assess challenges, craft scalable AI solutions, and integrate them with dashboards, SharePoint, and enterprise systems using Microsoft's AI ecosystem. You will build AI agents, chatbots, and automation tools to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 1 year experience in AI application development (Copilot AI Agent, Claude AI) and AI services (Azure OpenAI, Claude AI, Cognitive Services).
• Experience integrating APIs and developing web or enterprise applications.
• Experience working with data sources, REST APIs, and application integration.
• Experience leading or supporting AI proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to define solution requirements and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes and outcomes.
• Define solution approaches, integration requirements, and implementation recommendations for AI initiatives.
• Develop and implement AI-powered applications, including chatbots, copilots, and automation tools.
• Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Claude AI) into dashboards, SharePoint tools, and business workflows.
• Build and optimize prompts, workflows, and logic for AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement AI architecture and reusable components.
• Develop APIs and interfaces to connect AI models with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Support deployment, testing, and monitoring of AI solutions in production environments.
• Support AI adoption through demonstrations, training sessions, knowledge sharing, and user enablement activities.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation practices, and governance requirements.

You are comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions, and continuously exploring emerging technologies to drive innovation and automation.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint integration.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and enterprise security considerations.
