Job summary

Asurion in Carmelray Industrial Park II – Calamba, Laguna, Philippines, seeks an AI Delivery Engineer 2 to support AI-enabled SDLC initiatives, translate business needs into requirements, and collaborate with engineering to deliver reliable solutions.

You will produce AI-ready BRDs, user story packages, and acceptance criteria, validate AI outputs, and help governance and QA processes. 1–3 years of tech analysis and Agile delivery are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field or equivalent
• 1–3 years in technology analysis or software delivery
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
• Hands-on AI tools exposure and AI-assisted delivery workflows
• Strong requirements documentation and acceptance criteria skills
• Basic prompt engineering and AI output validation skills
• Familiarity with SDLC fundamentals, QA, and testing principles
• Effective communication with stakeholders and teams

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for standard-complexity projects.
• Design and execute AI workflows for SDLC deliverables like user stories and test cases.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for quality against business requirements.
• Support AI-assisted code generation and documentation activities.
• Manage backlog refinement with AI augmentation.
• Configure and tune AI agents; update prompts and patterns.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and AI artifacts through governance checks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
