Asurion in Calamba City, Laguna, seeks an AI Delivery Engineer (Business Analyst) to translate AI and ML initiatives into practical business solutions and align technical capabilities with organisational goals.

You will gather requirements, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, document processes, develop business cases, and guide projects from inception to deployment with clear communication and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience translating AI/ML projects into business requirements.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define AI/ML project scope and success criteria.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business needs into AI solution specifications and technical requirements.
• Document processes and workflows; identify where AI/automation can drive efficiency and value.
• Develop and maintain business cases including cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
