Job summary

You are comfortable collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions, and continuously exploring emerging technologies to drive innovation and automation.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• 1 year experience in AI application development (Copilot AI Agent, Claude AI) and experience using AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Claude AI, Cognitive Services).
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience integrating APIs and developing web or enterprise applications.
• Experience working with data sources, REST APIs, and application integration.
• Experience leading or supporting AI proof‑of‑concept and pilot initiatives.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define solution requirements and success metrics.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Familiarity with Agentic Workflows, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint integration.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and enterprise security considerations.
