Getwingapp is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager for AI Agents, based remotely with a base in Argentina and cooperation across time zones. You will lead onboarding, configure solutions, and drive adoption while solving technical issues for B2B SaaS clients.
The role emphasizes proactive communication, cross-functional collaboration with engineering on APIs, and ensuring customer success through to expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Customer Success or Technical Account Manager role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding for new clients and ensure smooth transitions to our products.
- Configure Central to meet client needs and understand technical aspects.
- Drive product adoption through proactive communication and training.
- Provide troubleshooting support and escalate engineering issues when needed.
- Manage customer communications with timely, clear updates.
- Focus on retention and opportunities for expansion within accounts.
- Participate in go-lives by Day 7 following ramp and support APIs/integrations with engineering.
