Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking a Technical Account Manager for AI Agents to own post-signing relationships, guide onboarding, and ensure customer success across onboarding, configuration, and adoption of our AI Agents.

You will proactively manage expectations, resolve issues promptly, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with integration engineers for smooth handoffs, while driving customer satisfaction and growth in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand software solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-signing customer relationship, overseeing onboarding, configuration, and adoption of our AI Agents.
• Proactively manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Identify, close, and expand business opportunities within your customer portfolio.
• Collaborate with integration engineers to facilitate seamless technical handoffs.
• Implement ramp-up plans to achieve independent go-lives by Day 7.
• Communicate progress and address customer concerns regularly.
• Troubleshoot and configure Central to resolve customer issues as needed.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and retention, driving improvements.
