Job summary

Getwingapp is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success & Product Manager to bridge Customer Success, Product, and Solutions Engineering. You will work directly with customers to optimize the platform, translate workflows into requirements, and drive product-improving initiatives.

You will build AI-powered workflows, configure integrations, and deliver demos while collaborating across teams to turn customer needs into tangible product improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
2+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS/tech.
Experience translating customer needs into product requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication with technical teams.
Ability to own customer issues from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and unblock onboarding.
Own customer requests from inquiry to resolution.
Build relationships; understand customer workflows and pain points.
Identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
Configure workflows, AI-powered processes, and integrations for customers.
Create demos and proof-of-concepts to showcase capabilities.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to translate customer needs into features.
