Job summary

One of the Global Client in Manila is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to lead the Agile transformation in a hybrid setup (3x weekly) with a mid/night shift. The role requires 5+ years of Scrum Master experience and proficiency in SAFe and Azure DevOps.

The position is based in Manila with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and a hybrid work arrangement. Strong coaching and leadership abilities are essential to drive self-managing, high-performing teams and deliver business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience
• Experience with Scrum Teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• Coaching, servant leadership and Agile mindset
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
