Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking a proactive Risk & Compliance professional to act as the first line of defense for the Agency Distribution channel. You will monitor and communicate with stakeholders to uphold Business Quality and drive continuous improvement aligned with SOPs.

The role requires at least 2 years in the insurance industry, strong ethics, and the ability to work independently. You will collaborate with business units to address findings and ensure policy adherence.

Qualifications

• University/College graduate.
• At least 2 years working experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledgeable in various insurance distribution or insurance business environment.
• Good work ethics, able to work independently with minimum supervision, resourceful and reliable in following up and completing tasks.
• Result-oriented and takes pride in the quality of work, continuously drive process improvements to achieve results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• People oriented, with good interpersonal skills.
• With initiative and self-motivated but a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of defense within the Agency Distribution channel and uphold Business Quality.
• Monitor, communicate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement per SOP of BQ.
• Strengthen the first line of defense in mitigating risk and process gaps for Agency Distribution.
• Enhance processes and propose procedures to shorten BQ’s TAT.
• Monitor and report abnormal trends in predictive modelling tools like agent/product profiling and policy status.
