• Onboarding / Offboarding of agency personnel and movements across the agency hierarchy and segments.
• Oversee the agency application process, records maintenance in the Agency Administration System, contract issuance and validation, license renewal process.
• Liaise with Insurance Commission (InsCom) for licensure exams, approvals, and general matters; ensure compliance with company policies.
