Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to drive recruitment of agency leaders and expand the tied agency network across designated areas, ensuring alignment with company values and sales targets.

You will develop and coach the agency force, monitor performance, and coordinate with departments to resolve issues and improve productivity while maintaining strong relationships with the life insurance distribution channel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of bachelors degree preferably in Marketing.
• At least 2–3 years of sales experience in a similar position in the financial services industry, preferably from the Life Insurance industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have skills: strategic planning, leadership, channel management, KPI monitoring and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit agency leaders (branch/unit managers) and scout expansion opportunities in designated areas.
• Coach and develop the agency force; create and implement training programs with L&D to improve selling skills and customer service.
• Coordinate with other departments to address agency concerns and keep channel members informed of new developments.
• Monitor persistency of business and collaborate with leaders/agents to reduce lapses and improve retention.
