• Should have both traditional and vul insurance licenses.
• High emotional intelligence, strong public speaking skills and expertise on recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall sales performance, recruitment, profitability and daily operations of Cagayan de Oro branch.
• The role shall focus heavily on building and managing an agency force to drive VUL and Traditional insurance products.
