Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Manager, Sales and Servicing to lead the non-life insurance sales and servicing teams in the Philippines. You will drive revenue growth, oversee client servicing, and ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with the AVP and senior management to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, strengthen client relationships, and foster a high-performing, customer-focused team. Monday–Friday, on-site work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in non-life insurance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within an insurance brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of non-life insurance products, underwriting processes, policy administration, claims coordination, and client servicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Sales and Servicing teams for non-life insurance, ensuring policy compliance with SLA requirements.
• Develop and execute tactical sales and servicing strategies aligned with revenue targets and business goals.
• Collaborate with AVP and management to translate priorities into actionable plans that drive growth.
• Monitor KPI, production, renewals, collections, and servicing metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurers, brokers, and partners to support growth and retention.
• Review reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved customer experience.
• Mentor and develop team members through feedback, training, and career development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, efficient sales and servicing processes.
• Develop, review, and implement operational policies promoting efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
• Ensure activities comply with Philippine regulations, governance standards, and risk management.
