Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Marketing Head to plan, manage, and execute the company's marketing activities. You will lead the Marketing Team and stay hands-on with campaigns, social media, advertising, events, and promotional materials to support brand and sales objectives.

You will collaborate with Management and other departments to ensure branding standards, track budgets, and deliver marketing reports for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
• Hands-on with social media management and paid campaigns.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
• Be hands-on in Company marketing projects, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Manage and supervise the Marketing Team.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments to support Company projects and business activities.
• Plan, create, and publish social media posts and content.
• Monitor and manage online advertisements and paid ad campaigns.
• Monitor the performance of social media, website, and other digital platforms.
• Prepare marketing reports and updates for Management.
