At AIA, the Agency Channel Management team is expanding to recruit and develop a robust agency network across key markets. This role contributes to building healthier communities by enabling high-performing agents and strong partnerships.

The ideal candidate will lead recruitment drives, design compensation packages, onboard agents, and implement an agency performance framework in collaboration with training teams. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Makati.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting agents and building agency networks.
• Ability to develop compensation packages for agents.
• Onboarding and integration of agents into the network.
• Establishing and maintaining an agency development framework.
• Collaborating with channel management and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruitment drives and development of agency networks.
