Job summary

ACMobility is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead and optimize the aftersales organization, covering warranty handling, service repairs, parts supply, and customer support. You will drive profitability while delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

You will champion process improvements, ensure SOP compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep our automotive aftersales running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred.
• MBA/MA is an advantage for broader leadership and strategy.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills essential.
• Experience managing automotive service operations is valued.
• Focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead aftersales operations to meet financial and service targets.
• Review and improve aftersales procedures and workflows.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely service and issue resolution.
• Ensure SOPs, workshop controls, safety, and environmental compliance.
