Job summary

GAC International Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Aftersales Coordinator to assist in managing and improving the dealer network's aftersales performance.

You will monitor KPIs, support dealer operations, address performance gaps, and coordinate with internal departments to achieve aftersales objectives. You will conduct dealer visits, assessments, propose corrective actions, and collaborate with dealer principals to improve workshop productivity, parts availability, and customer experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the overall aftersales performance of the dealer network.
• Monitor dealer performance against agreed aftersales KPIs, targets, standards, and business plans.
• Conduct regular dealer visits, operational reviews, and performance assessments.
• Identify performance gaps and work with dealer management to develop and implement corrective action plans.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with dealer principals and management while ensuring alignment with GACI-PH standards and objectives.
• Provide recommendations to the Aftersales Manager regarding dealer performance, operational issues, and network development.
• Support dealers in improving workshop productivity, operational efficiency, repair quality, and customer experience.
• Work closely with dealers and the GACI-PH Parts Team to improve parts availability and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Technical, Warranty, Product, and other GACI-PH departments to address and resolve recurring technical issues.
• Assist dealers in appropriately escalating complex technical cases.
• Assess dealer aftersales manpower and capability requirements.
• Coordinate with the Training Team to address competency gaps among technical personnel, service advisors, parts personnel, warranty staff, and management.
• Assist in developing annual and periodic aftersales objectives for the dealer network.
• Assist in preparing network performance reports, business reviews, and management presentations.
• Act as a key point of contact between GACI-PH and dealers for aftersales-related matters.
