The ideal candidate has at least five years in aftersales or customer service leadership within hospitality or travel, excellent communication, data analysis skills, and willingness to work evenings or weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality/tourism.
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and aftersales operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision making.
