Horizon Auto Services Inc. seeks an Aftersales Head to lead the Service and Parts operations for BYD Cars Philippines.

You will build a high-performing team, drive excellent customer experience, and align with the Business Manager to meet aftersales targets. Based at Las Piñas or Alabang, you will oversee daily workflows, enforce BYD standards, manage warranties, and collaborate with sales to ensure smooth vehicle-to-service transitions, while developing processes to boost efficiency and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in Aftersales, Service, Parts, or automotive operations.
• Automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive service and parts operations, processes, and customer service standards.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop Service and Parts teams.
• Willing to work on a six (6)-day workweek.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Service and Parts teams.
• Oversee daily Service and Parts operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Set and monitor operational and performance targets for the Aftersales team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and BYD standards.
• Monitor service capacity, productivity, repair quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper handling of customer concerns and service‑related complaints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage retention and repeat business.
• Monitor Parts availability, inventory levels, ordering, and proper utilization.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle sales to aftersales service.
• Monitor warranty and service‑related processes and ensure proper documentation.
• Review team performance and provide regular coaching, guidance, and development.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor aftersales revenue, expenses, and other key performance indicators.
• Prepare and present regular aftersales performance reports to Management.
• Support service campaigns, product launches, customer events, and other dealership activities.
• Work closely with the Business Manager and other departments to support overall branch performance.
• Ensure the dealership maintains a professional, organized, and customer‑focused service environment.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
