Horizon Auto Services Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Head to lead the sales team and partner with the Business Manager to meet branch targets. The role focuses on coaching, strategy, and performance management in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Based in the Philippines, this position offers exposure to an expanding BYD dealership network, with opportunities to engage key accounts and drive customer-centric growth across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in Sales, Marketing, Automotive, or related field.
• Automotive sales experience is an advantage, but leaders from other industries are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, customer engagement, and business development.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on a six (6)-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Team and work with Business Manager to achieve branch targets.
• Set sales objectives and ensure monthly and annual targets are met.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Monitor performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
• Manage sales activities, leads, customer follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
• Ensure consultants follow company sales processes and standards.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Aftersales, and other departments to support branch performance.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to Management.
• Support dealership events, product launches, promotions, and other activities.

About the Role

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

• Work closely with Marketing, Aftersales, and other departments to support overall branch performance.

• Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Prepare and present sales performance reports and updates to Management.

• Support dealership events, product launches, promotions, and other sales activities.

• Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
