Job summary

Horizon Auto Services Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to promote BYD vehicles and related services in our growing dealership network in the Philippines.

You will drive showroom sales through walk-ins, referrals, and digital channels, develop key accounts, and coordinate financing and insurance offerings. A strong customer focus and willingness to learn about EVs are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College-level or vocational/bachelor's degree required or open to graduates.
• Sales experience in automotive or customer-facing industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell BYD vehicles and value-added services.
• Generate sales through showroom walk-ins, referrals, telemarketing, networking and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain individual, corporate and institutional accounts.
• Promote financing, insurance, accessories and rust-proofing offerings.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demos and test drives for customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend showroom inquiries and assist customers on showroom floor.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and customer records.
• Assist in vehicle release and ensure proper orientation and documentation.
• Guide customers with LTO registration, license plate release, maintenance scheduling, and insurance concerns.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell BYD vehicles, products, and value-added services.
• Generate sales through showroom walk-ins, referrals, telemarketing, networking, field selling, and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain individual, corporate, and institutional accounts through proactive sales activities.
• Promote additional products and services such as in-house financing, insurance, accessories, and rust-proofing.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives for prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend to showroom inquiries and assist customers during showroom floor duty.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and account updates.
• Assist in vehicle release by ensuring documentary requirements are complete and customers receive proper vehicle orientation.
• Assist customers with LTO registration, license plate release, periodic maintenance scheduling, and insurance concerns.
• Build long-term customer relationships by providing excellent after-sales service.
• Promote a professional image and provide a positive customer experience.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Open to college-level applicants, vocational graduates, and bachelor's degree graduates of any course.
• Sales experience in automotive, banking, insurance, real estate, telecommunications, or other customer-facing industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
• Willing to learn about electric vehicles and the BYD product line.
• A valid driver's license with Restriction Codes 1 & 2 is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a six (6)-day workweek.
