Job summary

Boomering is seeking an Afterhours Allocation Consultant in the Philippines to manage urgent staffing requests, coordinate worker allocations, and handle last-minute cancellations. You will communicate with clients, candidates, and internal teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

The role requires excellent English communication, multitasking ability, and strong organizational skills to ensure timely, accurate shift allocations and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• Experience in a high-volume call center, workforce scheduling, staffing coordination, dispatch operations, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or workforce allocation is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, professional updates to clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming staffing requests, assess worker availability and suitability, and coordinate accurate, timely shift allocations to meet urgent client requirements.
• Respond immediately to last-minute cancellations, worker withdrawals, and unexpected staffing gaps; identify suitable replacements and coordinate alternatives.
• Manage incoming afterhours calls, emails, and staffing inquiries with clear, professional updates on bookings, cancellations, and shift requirements.
• Identify and escalate unresolved staffing requests, client complaints, and operational risks; take ownership and ensure follow-through until resolution.
• Prioritize multiple time-critical requests, maintain organized communication, and ensure urgent staffing matters receive immediate attention.
• Maintain positive relationships with workers, confirm shift availability and suitability, and assist with sourcing and screening when required.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants, account managers, and operational teams to coordinate staffing solutions and support client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of shift allocations, cancellations, client communications, and escalations for monitoring and handovers.
• Provide comprehensive shift handovers and contribute to improvements in response times and processes.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and compliance; report incidents and hazards and support audits and return-to-work coordination.
