About the role

We are seeking an Affinity Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team at Malayan Insurance Co., Inc. in Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in developing and executing targeted marketing strategies for our affinity partnerships and group insurance programmes. The Affinity Marketing Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with partner organisations, driving customer acquisition through affinity channels, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing initiatives that align with MICO's business objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our market presence and contribute to the growth of our affinity insurance business segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and promotional strategies for affinity partner organisations and group insurance programmes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affinity partners, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth
• Coordinate marketing activities across multiple channels including digital, email, social media, and traditional marketing to maximise partner engagement and customer acquisition
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for the affinity marketing portfolio and provide recommendations for improvement
• Prepare marketing collateral, proposals, and presentations for affinity partners and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and report on the performance of affinity marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations based on key metrics and results
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and communications to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives
• Support the development of marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of campaigns
• Manage administrative tasks related to affinity marketing projects, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing support roles, or similar positions within the insurance, financial services, or corporate sectors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Filipino language proficiency is advantageous
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
• Knowledge of or interest in insurance products, affinity marketing, or partnership-based business models
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work with accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose practical solutions
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or marketing automation platforms is desirable
• Background in data analysis or familiarity with marketing analytics is a plus
