Brief Description and Purpose of the Position
The Marketing Specialist will drive the company’s marketing and communication initiatives to
provide affordable, reliable financial protection to underserved communities. As an empathetic and
data-driven creative, they will manage online channels and develop high-impact digital, print, and
point-of-sale (POS) assets from concept to production. The specialist will design localized campaigns, drive community engagement, and simplify complex insurance concepts into trust-building content while collaborating with sales, product teams, and local partners to boost financial literacy and customer acquisition.
- Translate complex insurance concepts into simple, engaging, and culturally relevant copy and key visuals. Design and edit a wide range of digital and print assets—including brochures, infographics, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), and presentation materials—to boost financial literacy and trust within underserved communities.
Social Media Management
- Own the end-to-end management of the company's social media platforms. This includes planning and executing a dynamic content calendar, writing compelling captions, engaging with the online community to foster brand loyalty, and monitoring social analytics to optimize growth and reach.
Tactical Campaign Execution & Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor localized, high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, mobile, and grassroots) ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and directly align with broader business growth objectives.
Community & Partner Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between business partners (such as MFIs, NGOs, and local cooperatives) and end-consumers. Coordinate and support joint marketing initiatives, community workshops, and field events to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Multimedia Arts, Journalism, or other related creative fields
Experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
Others
- Excellent writing and copywriting skills in English and Filipino. Ability to translate complex insurance concepts into simple, empathetic content for audiences with low financial literacy.
- Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and produce assets using tools like Canva and CapCut. Familiar with social media management and content scheduling.
- Proficient in both digital/mobile marketing (SMS, social media) and traditional grassroots marketing (events, word-of-mouth).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the organizational skills needed to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholder partnerships.
- High emotional intelligence, a passion for financial inclusion, and a willingness to handle ad-hoc creative tasks and travel to field locations as needed.
