About the role

IMV International Micro Village Inc. is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and communications initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth. You will work collaboratively with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage digital platforms, and support the overall marketing objectives of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

2. Create and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and guidelines

3. Support the coordination of promotional activities, events, and product launches

4. Conduct market research and compile data to support marketing initiatives and strategic decision-making

5. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including presentations, graphics, and copy for various platforms

6. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

7. Manage email marketing campaigns and maintain subscriber databases

8. Support the maintenance and updating of the company website and digital assets

9. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects

10. Assist in the development of marketing budgets and track expenditure

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

2. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content

4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms

5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)

6. Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

9. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

10. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments

11. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or content marketing practices is advantageous

12. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred
