Job summary

ABSI in Metro Manila seeks a Maintenance Operations Supervisor to oversee manpower deployment across three lines, maintain timekeeping and records, and enforce maintenance standards. You will monitor RSD tickets, prepare client reports, and provide insights to reduce faults.

The role requires coaching technicians, organizing workflows, and ensuring effective communication between staff and management. Willingness to be deployed to LRT/MRT3 offices and work shifts is essential.

Qualifications

Driving license and ability to drive a manual transmission.
Excellent Excel and Google tools skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
Ability to mentor, train, and manage a team.
Strong technical knowledge on hardware troubleshooting.
Willingness to be deployed in any LRT/MRT3 office and stations.
Flexibility to work on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

Oversees manpower deployment and performance across all three lines.
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
Implements and enforces maintenance standards, policies, and procedures across all three lines.
Monitors and resolves RSD tickets and maintenance activities.
Notify the client for escalated RSD tickets.
Responsible for all monitoring and performance reports needed by the client.
Prepares and submits maintenance incident reports.
Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance activity logs.
Provides insights and recommendations to lessen AFCS faults.
Conducts coaching and training sessions for senior and junior technicians.
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated asks.
Responsible for passing on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
Manages Reporter's Form - Personnel Requisition Form.
