Job summary

cnx is seeking an Advisor II, B2B Sales to drive new business and nurture existing accounts in Makati. You will use a consultative approach to identify opportunities, close deals, and manage negotiations with senior executives.

The role is onsite at Glorietta/Makati with a competitive salary and commissions, paid training, and full-time employment. Strong English communication and a proven B2B sales background are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• CRM experience is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with a track record in target-based environments.
• Knowledge of customer service and call center tech.

Advisor II, B2B Sales

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

Qualifications:

• At least 2 year B2B sales experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• College Undergraduate
• CRM Experience is an advantage
• Self-motivated individual with proven ability to work in a target-based environment and to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Knowledge in customer service principles and practices and of call center telephony and technology
• Excellent phone and active listening skills
• Good data entry and typing skills
• Stress tolerance and resilient
• Excellent organization skills with solid work ethic
• Coachable and positive attitude
• A team player and can get along with other people
• Willing to be part of a Sales Account
• Amenable to work onsite in Makati (Glorietta 5 site)
