Job summary

AYSN Group of Companies seeks an Assistant Sales Manager – Advertising to support the Sales Manager in driving advertising revenue, developing client relationships, and achieving targets. You will identify new business opportunities, manage accounts, and coordinate campaigns to deliver effective advertising solutions.

You will present packages, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and monitor campaign performance while aligning with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in advertising sales, media sales, business development, or related sales positions.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and develop new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of advertising and marketing concepts.
• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Results-driven, organized, and able to meet deadlines and sales targets.
• Preferably resides near San Juan City.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing advertising sales strategies and plans.
• Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities to increase advertising revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand their advertising and marketing needs.
• Present advertising packages, media solutions, promotional campaigns, and sponsorship opportunities to clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and advertising packages.
• Negotiate pricing, packages, contracts, and campaign terms within company guidelines.
• Monitor sales activities and ensure that monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
• Monitor advertising campaigns and provide clients with updates regarding campaign performance and deliverables.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly.
• Track sales pipelines, client accounts, collections, and revenue performance.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the Sales Manager.
• Assist in coaching, guiding, and motivating sales representatives when required.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate new business.
• Keep up to date with advertising trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging media platforms.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and advertising standards.
