Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily monitoring and preventive maintenance to ensure desktop performance.
• Perform daily inventory for all IT equipment and submit real-time reports to Supervisor.
• Install and update software/tools as required and follow related work instructions.
• Cater to legitimate internal user requests promptly and monitor helpdesk tickets in real time.
• Enforce security policies on desktop equipment and conduct weekly hardware evaluations.
• Coordinate with NOC and Technical Support teams for network issues and proper connectivity.
• Provide coaching and support to Technical Support II and assist in escalations.
