Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee movement in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, leave administration, probationary status, regularization, contract renewals, and other employment records.
  • Prepare and coordinate employee performance evaluations and assist in the performance appraisal process.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including 201 files, government compliance documents, certifications, and other HR records.
  • Maintain updated organizational charts, manpower listings, and HR databases.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary programs while ensuring compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and government-mandated employment standards.
  • Prepare, process, and submit mandatory government contributions and reports to SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth in support of employee benefits.
  • Administer employee separation processes, including clearance, final pay documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements, including documentation control, record maintenance, and participation in internal and external audits.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement, wellness, corporate social responsibility, training, and development programs, including training needs analysis and evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Organize company meetings, employee events, team-building activities, and other corporate functions.
  • Conduct benchmarking of HR policies, employee benefits, and training programs to support continuous organizational improvement.
  • Supervise the daily work schedules and activities of utility and maintenance personnel to ensure efficient facility operations.
  • Manage office and administrative supplies, coordinate procurement requests, and process utility and operational payments.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the FA Division Manager.

Authorities:

1) Issue and sign authorized HR documents, including onboarding notices, employment contracts, performance evaluation forms, notices to explain, and other disciplinary documents in accordance with company policies and labor laws.

2) Conduct preliminary investigations on employee violations, review incident reports, recommend appropriate disciplinary actions, and endorse findings to the FA Division Manager.

3) Assign, coordinate, and monitor the work of HRAD staff, utility personnel, and maintenance personnel within approved operational guidelines.

4) Recommend and endorse employment-related actions, including regularization, contract renewals, employee status changes, training, accreditation, and retention initiatives.

5) Approve routine administrative transactions related to office supplies, procurement requests, facility maintenance coordination, and operational payment processing within the limits of delegated authority.
