Office Administration:
Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
Handle scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and team calendars.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Client Support:
Act as a liaison between clients and consultants, managing communication and ensuring timely follow-up.
Prepare and format proposals, contracts, and reports for client presentations.
Address client inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
Document Preparation:
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and other business documents.
Compile data and prepare reports for internal and client use.
Event and Meeting Coordination:
