DL Public Relations in Metro Manila is seeking an Administrative Receptionist who is fluent in Mandarin, Filipino, and English to support daily office operations and welcome visitors and clients.
Responsibilities include managing the reception, answering calls, coordinating meetings, handling mail and supplies, and assisting with events and ad hoc tasks, while maintaining professionalism and strong customer service.

Manage the company reception area and welcome visitors professionally.
Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls and take messages when needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas.
Receive and manage company bills, mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Maintain visitor registration records.
Assist with meeting arrangements, meeting room reservations, and preparation of meeting materials.
Manage office supplies and fixed assets, including receiving and distributing items.
Coordinate daily vehicle arrangements.
Assist with company events, internal activities, and training.
Coordinate administrative matters with different departments.
Handle other administrative and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Assist with office safety and facility maintenance.
Bachelor's degree or above. A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in administration, reception, front desk, or a related role is preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin, Filipino, and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
Professional, presentable, polite, and well-mannered.
Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well with others.
Able to handle multiple tasks and unexpected situations professionally.
Willing to learn company procedures and administrative processes.
