Job summary

vamasters, Inc. seeks a meticulous Marketing & CRM Assistant to own our B2B contact database and support email marketing and website operations. The role combines data enrichment with hands-on marketing execution: cleaning the CRM, auditing email flows, and ensuring site accuracy and SEO.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented,resourceful, and able to work independently. Strong English communication and proficiency with Excel, WordPress, and email platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of WordPress and basic on-page SEO.

Responsibilities

• Research and enrich B2B partner database by visiting company websites and filling in missing fields (website, email, phone, location, product range).
• Maintain and organize the CRM spreadsheet to keep records clean and current.
• Use AI tools for research while verifying results.
• Audit email automation sequences end-to-end and ensure links and content work.
• Test email templates for mobile/desktop display and fix formatting issues.
• Support improvements to email flows, segmentation, and subscriber journeys.
• Implement on-page SEO improvements on the website (metadata, images, content).
• Upload and format new product content with correctly sized images.
• Add and manage customer reviews on product pages for credibility and SEO.
• Create clean PDF presentations for new product launches.

Job Summary:

We're in pursuit of a detail-driven Marketing & CRM Assistant to take ownership of our B2B contact database and support our email marketing and website operations. The role combines research-heavy data enrichment with hands-on marketing execution: cleaning and completing our retailer CRM, auditing and refining our email automation flows, and helping keep our website accurate and search-friendly. You'll be a great fit if you're meticulous, resourceful, and comfortable working independently on tasks where accuracy matters more than speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and enrich our B2B partner database by visiting company websites and filling in missing fields such as website URL, email address, phone number, physical location, and product range

• Maintain and organize the CRM spreadsheet so records stay clean, consistent, and current

• Use AI tools wisely to speed up research while verifying every entry

• Audit our existing email automation sequences end to end, checking that all links work and content is correct

• Test email templates for proper display on mobile and desktop, and fix formatting issues

• Support ongoing improvements to email flows, segmentation, and subscriber journeys

• Implement on-page SEO improvements on our website, including metadata, image optimization, and content details

• Upload and format new product content, making sure images are correctly sized and consistently presented

• Add and manage customer reviews on product pages to strengthen credibility and search visibility

• Create clean, professional PDF presentations for new product launches

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with data research and database or CRM enrichment

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including working with large lists

• Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform such as Omnisend, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar

• Working knowledge of WordPress, including product/content updates and basic on-page SEO

• Comfortable using AI tools for research while verifying results independently

• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy

• Careful, organized, and able to work solo with minimal supervision

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Omnisend specifically

• Background in B2B lead research, list building, or retailer/distributor databases

• Basic design skills for PDF presentations or sales one-pagers (Canva, Adobe, or similar)

• Familiarity with WooCommerce or other WordPress e-commerce setups

• Understanding of email deliverability and automation funnel best practices

• Ability to handle several projects at once and prioritize independently
