The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Head in all administrative matters for his/her unit/department in line with the Banks standards and requirements.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events;Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain, organize, and update files, records, and office documents; Prepare reports, presentations, memoranda, and other business documents; Assist in document processing, verification, and transmittal of bank-related forms and records;
Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Graduate of any four-year course
Apt in doing admin/secretarial jobs; Candidates with previous related experience is a plus; Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Proficient in using MS Office applications
Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision; analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player
Willing to work onsite in Makati
