Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and reports.
Handle data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
Assist with correspondence, schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate with employees, management, families, and external partners when needed.
Monitor and organize administrative requirements and records.
Assist different departments with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and resident information.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
Previous administrative or office experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Responsible, professional, and trustworthy.
Able to work independently while also being a team player.
