Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• CPA licensed.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and highly responsible.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or service-oriented organizations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare accurate financial records and reports.
• Monitor and record daily financial transactions.
• Prepare accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with payroll processing and financial reconciliations.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flow.
• Prepare supporting documents for audits and financial reporting.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting records.
• Assist in tax compliance and other statutory financial requirements.
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
