V.Group in Manila is seeking a talented member to join the Onboard Talent Development Team at our Manila Service Center to support our 100% compliance strategy and ensure smooth tech-enabled learning onboard.

You will help install the eLearning and competency system onboard with LAN access, provide Level 1 support for vessel and crewing stakeholders, and assist with regular data exports.

Overall Purpose of The Job

• Work in our Manila Service Center in the Onboard Talent Development Team
• Support our 100% compliance strategy: make sure technology works on board the vessel, crew does training and sends data

Key Responsibilities And Tasks

• Technology Support
• Responsible to ensure that the eLearning and Competency system is correctly installed onboard with access via the LAN
• Level 1 support when needed to close out queries from vessel and crewing stakeholders and escalation to L2 Service Provider
• Ensure fortnightly export of data from the vessels
