Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. is seeking an Insurance Operations Support professional to process closings from broker partners, check premium calculations, and enter details into our underwriting system.

The role requires strong data-entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication to engage with internal referral points. You will manage CRM tasks and file documents according to criteria.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years insurance experience – commercial insurance preferred.
• Excellent eye for detail to ensure that data entry is done accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage well with internal referral points.
• The ability to work autonomously but without the fear of asking for help.
• Team player and able to work well under pressure.
• Takes initiative to look out for common requirements that aren't always pointed out within processes.
• Must have strong Admin background.

Responsibilities

• Processing closings received from our broker partners accurately and within agreed time frames.
• Matching premium closings with underwriter quotes.
• Checking premium calculations.
• Entering details accurately into the Underwriting system.
• Filing documents in line with agreed document handling criteria.
• Data Entry.
• CRM management.
• Working through inbox of generally set tasks and the occasional project relating to backdating.

Requirements

Work Arrangement

• Work Setup: On-site
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am flexi start time, should complete nine 9 hours work
