What You’ll Do
- Manage the pre-renewal process by preparing renewal schedules, gathering required forms and information, and sending renewal documentation to clients.
- Coordinate the renewal process by following up with clients for outstanding information and forms, then collating and handing the completed file to the broker.
- Prepare client funding and Pay by the Month documentation and follow up on outstanding payments and forms.
- Provide general administrative and office support, including client and internal follow-ups to keep tasks moving.
Key Criteria
- At least 1 year of experience in administration or a similar support role; insurance brokerage experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling documents, client information and high-volume transactions.
- Proactive, organized and comfortable working in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Confident in taking the initiative to follow up on outstanding tasks, keep work moving, and meet deadlines.
- Confident communication skills, particularly when communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Previous experience with insurance system will be highly regarded.
- Insurance claims experience or Tier 1, Tier2 insurance qualifications will be an advantage.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6 AM - 3 PM (PHT) fully onsite during the probation period, with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after probation.
