Qualifications

• College graduate major in Psychology or Business-related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Goal oriented, flexible, dedicated, with initiative and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing Compensation and Benefits function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures the accuracy of employee's payroll timekeeping and continuity in improving the process prior salary calculation.
• Handles all information with protection and preserve confidentiality of the information in processing salary concern and other related activities with employee's data information.
• Manages and maintain to comply with government mandatory requirements pertaining to payment of contribution, loans and reports.
