Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations for construction projects and sites. You will coordinate HR manpower, procurement, facilities, logistics, and documentation to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in admin roles within construction or project-based industries, with 3-5 years in supervisory leadership.
The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative operations supporting the company's construction projects and project sites. The position ensures efficient coordination of administrative services, manpower documentation, facilities, logistics support, records management, supplies, and compliance with company policies and project requirements. The Admin Manager works closely with Project Management, HR, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Safety, and other departments to ensure that project administrative requirements are properly coordinated, documented, and delivered on time.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of construction projects and assigned sites
Establish and implement effective administrative systems, procedures, and controls
Ensure timely and accurate processing of project administrative requirements
Monitor administrative activities across multiple project sites
Oversee the administrative operations of project sites, including office facilities, documentation, supplies, and site support services
Coordinate with HR regarding project manpower requirements, deployment, transfers, onboarding, and employee documentation
Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics for timely delivery of office supplies, construction support materials, equipment, and other administrative requirements
Oversee the maintenance and proper use of project offices, temporary facilities, accommodations, and other company properties
Establish and maintain an organized filing and documentation system for project administrative records
Lead, supervise, and manage administrative personnel assigned to Head Office and/or project sites
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
At least 8 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based industry
At least 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience
Experience in managing administrative operations across multiple construction project sites is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of construction project administration and site support operations
Experience in manpower coordination, procurement coordination, facilities, logistics, documentation, and vendor management
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills
